Great from Start to Finish
“Ken was great from start to finish. He took the time to talk with me before the inspection and let me know what to expect. Then, he set up an exact appointment (no four-hour window!) and worked with my schedule so I could avoid taking off too much time from work. He was on time to our place and was professional and polite, explaining more about his process and thoroughly checking out the problem. Throughout, he was excellent in his kindness, understanding, and communication. We agreed to two indoor air samples, in addition to the outside control sample. (He even talked us out of another sample as unnecessary!) Best of all, he was very calm and reassuring with my girlfriend, who was highly upset due to her asthma being seriously aggravated by the problem. As he promised, the lab results came back the next day (bad problem), and he had his full report to us the following day. It included an excellent, comprehensive protocol for selecting and hiring a remediation service. Having been through a mold situation three times in three separate places now, I can tell you firsthand how absolutely important it is to get an independent inspector/tester like Unbiased Mold Inspection, which does not do any remediation or anything else. A LOT of companies do it all, which can make their intentions suspect. With Ken and his company, you know you’re getting an objective opinion from someone who’s not trying to sell you more services.”

“Ken was great and easy to work with. I was able to quickly get an appointment scheduled. On the phone he reviewed his process with me as well as the pricing which was the same pricing he quoted me when he came on site to perform the testing. He was able to report for us that there was no toxic mold present in the air in our home. When many companies want to tell you that you have a mold problem just to get more business on remediating that mold. Not Ken! You can trust him to be honest in his assessment and give you his best advice.”

“I worked with Ken twice for mold diagnostic work. His company is, unlike other companies, not affiliated with any mold remediation company and therefore, I find his view more accurate. Ken seems to be the kind of guy who truly wants to help; he came over twice, once even on a Sunday because that was more convenient to me, without charging because we could not take the mold test. The third time he came over we could do the test. The results came in fast; he sent me the report and called me to go over it.
